I previously wrote a negative review regarding a top I purchased. While the fabric was not to my liking, which is why I returned the item, I have to say the customer service was excellent. The owner, Anita, reached out to me personally when I purchased another top that was basically the same, but with long sleeves. She reminded me I wasn't a fan of the previous purchase and that I might want to cancel the most recent one, which I did. Anita was thoughtful enough to reach out so I didn't make a mistake. I will certainly purchase something from Pippa & Lily in the future as they have amazing things on their site and of course for the excellent customer service. It's important to support small businesses especially those owned and operated by women. Thank you Anita!
