Great online shopping experience

I absolutely love shopping on this online store! The website makes shopping and ordering incredibly easy, and they offer a nice variety and a wonderful selection of clothing. While I truly miss visiting the physical shop in person, I am so glad to see that the merchandise is still the exact same quality I expect. On top of that, I love how quickly everything is delivered right to my door. It makes the transition to online shopping completely seamless!

I previously wrote a negative review regarding a top I purchased. While the fabric was not to my liking, which is why I returned the item, I have to say the customer service was excellent. The owner, Anita, reached out to me personally when I purchased another top that was basically the same, but with long sleeves. She reminded me I wasn't a fan of the previous purchase and that I might want to cancel the most recent one, which I did. Anita was thoughtful enough to reach out so I didn't make a mistake. I will certainly purchase something from Pippa & Lily in the future as they have amazing things on their site and of course for the excellent customer service. It's important to support small businesses especially those owned and operated by women. Thank you Anita!

My go to top!!

I absolutely love this top. It is such a soft light weight material. I have it in so many colors long sleeve and short sleeve! It’s my go to top if I want to look nice and also be comfortable. You can dress it up or down. Highly recommend!

SHOW STOPPER! COMPLIMENTS GALORE!

I LOVE love this top and may be ordering it more colors. I ordered the navy top and when it's paired with regular denim and platform sandals, it's a STATEMENT! It's also lovely paired with white denim! Love the slight off shoulder and banded sleeves. I'm 5'2", 117 lbs and the small was PERFECT! Several compliments on it already! Glad to have found this boutique!! Definitely gave this beauty a 5-STAR because it's THAT GOOD!

Jeans

Love these jeans. So so comfortable. They fit true to size and have the perfect amount of stretch. I wear a size 6 and the medium was perfect. Great color for all year!

I bought the sweater in light blue and black. Also bought another black sweater for my niece as a birthday gift. Received many compliments on the top.

Great customer service

I love the shirt I purchased and the owner was so accommodating in correcting the address I had accidentally entered. She also applied a discount code that I didn’t realize I could use! Such a pleasure to support this small business.

Flattering fit | Super soft fabric

This top exceeded my expectations. Really great quality and very soft fabric. The pictures don't do it justice! Love it so much I'm going to buy the long sleeve, too.
